At Black Lobby, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We will replace or refund your item if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect or misprint
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@blacklobbybrand.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn or washed
